Nick has been a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 2022 and founded LV Mortgage Brokers to provide homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors with personalized mortgage guidance backed by the extensive lending resources of NEXA Lending.

But Nick's experience helping consumers navigate major financial decisions began long before entering the mortgage industry.

20 Years of Finance, Sales & Leadership Experience

Before becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator, Nick spent approximately 20 years in the automotive industry, advancing through positions including Finance Manager, Director of Finance, Sales Manager, and General Manager.

Those roles required many of the same skills that are critical in mortgage lending today: understanding complex financing, structuring transactions, negotiating, communicating with consumers, managing multiple parties and deadlines, solving problems under pressure, and finding a path forward when a transaction doesn't fit neatly inside the box.

That background shaped the philosophy behind LV Mortgage Brokers:

When I'm not working with clients, one of my biggest passions is fitness and weight training. I'm an avid sports fan, particularly UNLV and the Vegas Golden Knights, and I enjoy traveling and experiencing the great restaurants Las Vegas has to offer.

You'll also regularly find me training at Life Time Fitness during the week and Life Time Green Valley on the weekends.
